Yellow is such a fun and vibrant color, but you know what I love most about the hue? As soon as you see it (or in this case put it on) you automatically smile.  It’s such a cheerful shade that can light up any room! 🙂
By now you know how much I love bright and colorful outfits, so this yellow floral dress was calling my name! I love not only the floral print, but also the shift fit of the dress and of course the flared sleeves! The dress is not tapered and very giving, so it was comfortable and flowy over my bump. I love this yellow shift dress as well.
I styled it here with bright pink sandals and carried a yellow satchel. Â Since it was a hot summer day, I wanted to play off the colors in the dress and go all out! Even though yellow is a super bright hue, it absolutely can be worn into fall. Â I think a lot of people tend to think of it as a ‘summer color’ but I personally think any color can be worn at any time of the year. Post baby bump days, come fall, I plan on wearing it again layered with a cardigan draped over my shoulders and a pair of cute booties. Â Just because the color is so bright don’t think it’s only for summer. Â Remember, there are no rules in fashion!
What do you think, do you love yellow as much as me? Would you wear the color into the colder months?
