Ruffles on ruffles = so much fun! I just adore the playfulness of this dress and the fact that you can easly wear it dressed up (as I did here) or dressed down with a pair of flip flops or flat sandals and a denim jacket. I have also worn this dress as a skirt believe it or not! When I styled it as a skirt, I wore it with a simple white tank and wedges. The options are endless!
