When I received this powder blue hi-lo ball skirt it was love at first sight! Like I mentioned previously blue is one of my favorite colors. I love powder blue in particular. The off the shoulder blouse top with bow detailing is just such a pretty addition to the look. It’s so feminine yet sophisticated at the same time. I accessorized with blue glitter pumps and a matching clutch that I cannot get enough of!
