This neon green off the shoulder ruffle dress had me at hello! It’s just so fun and cheerful and screams summertime! Do I look like a highlighter walking down the street?! If so, I’d be perfectly fine with that! It’s definitely a statement dress as it’s so neon green, and I decided to take it up a notch by styling it with neon pink pumps and a neon yellow satchel. I thought, why not?! I love the play on all the neon colors and it was such a fun look to wear! I cannot wait to wear this dress again when it gets a bit warmer with nude sandals. What do you think?
