This skirt just POPS! The neon yellow is I kid you not the same color as a highlighter! I have never come across this shade of clothing until now! A skirt like this you can really dress up or dress down. I paired it here with a black crop top. My style is pretty conservative and I am not one to bare too much skin, so my idea of a perfectly styled crop top is to pair it with a high-waited skirt (or pants). This neon yellow floral high-waited skirt clearly has a lot going on and just needed a simple top, so my crop top was the perfect match. I dressed it up by wearing my favorite nude Louboutin’s. Alternatively, to dress this skirt down I could have easily worn it with a ribbed white tank, flip flops and a jean jacket and called it a day!
