Two big trends this spring are off the shoulder blouses and ruffles. I absolutely adore both trends and I figured why not pair the two together! I took the off the shoulder trend one step further by wearing it backwards! I just really liked the sleek plain front against the ruffled skirt and the buttons in the back!
