Can you tell that blue is my favorite color?! The detailing on this felt skirt is so pretty. Yes, I said felt. The felt overlay lifts up and underneath is a turquoise layer that shows through. I styled it with a warm blue turtleneck sweater and denim blue heels and of course to keep with the blue theme a blue tote! I just love the play on textures and shades of blue in this outfit.
