Wearing black and blue together used to be a fashion no-no. In my opinion… those days are long gone! I don’t think there are rules in fashion.
I tend to style things based off of how I am feeling and what I think works — and I think black and blue can complement each other quite nicely. The tulle ball skirt is unique as it is lined in navy satin and has a black polka dot mesh overlay. The detailing and color combo is divine! I styled it with a black sleeveless turtleneck, navy pumps and a navy and black embellished bag.
