This bright and cheerful dress immediately grabbed my attention from Rachel Parcell’s new collection. When Rachel and her team reached out to me, I knew I ‘needed’ this dress! It’s classic and can be worn from work to play… right up my alley! The romantic and feminine lines are so pretty, I just adore the ruffle cap-sleeves and fit and flare style. You know how much I love ruffles! This classic style will never go out of style, that why I’m debating getting the ivory too! The yellow was such a hit that it’s already sold out, but I did link it in ivory and another yellow beauty that I love equally as much!
